Lang Son delegation pays working visit to China
(LSO) – A delegation of Lang Son province led by Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Lam Thi Phuong Thanh on September 9 went through the Huu Nghi International Border Gate, officially beginning its working visit to Guangxi and Guangdong provinces of China.
Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Cong Truong and officials of local departments and sectors joined the delegation.
Leaders of the offices of the provincial Party Committee, the provincial People’s Committee, the Department of Foreign Affairs and related departments and agencies saw off the delegation.
During their stay in Guangxi and Guangdong provinces from September 9-13, the delegation will work with the Vietnamese Consulate General in Nanning.

The Lang Son delegates will meet with leaders of the Party Committees of Guangxi and Guangdong to discuss measures aimed at strengthening the relationship between the two sides and promoting cooperation in potential fields and those of their common concern.
The delegation will also have working sessions with representatives from Chinese enterprises; make field trips to a number of economic, trade, investment development models; visit main tourism sites in Guangxi, Guangdong; and join other activities.
The working visit of the delegation to Chinese localities aims to strengthen the traditional friendship between Lang Son province and Guangxi province, towards expanding cooperation between the two sides in many fields, especially in economics, trade and investment.
